On Sunday I finished the Twin Cities Marathon in 3 hours and 44 minutes!!  I have officially raised $1405 for melanoma research!  Thank you so much for your donations.  I am going to keep this website up for about nine more months, so if you have the opportunity to contribute to the research, please feel free.  Again, many thanks, Arek.

Final Week of Training

On Saturday I ran 10 miles as I am starting to tapering my runs in anticiaption of the marathon this coming Sunday!!

Completed 22 Mile Run!

This past Saturday I completed the longest training run that I will do, 22 miles!  From here on, I will start tapering down the length of my runs until Marathon Day.  Keep those donations coming!!!

Well into Training

My training has been going very well.  Two weekends ago I ran my first 20 miler, and I plan on running another one this weekend.  Last week I ran a total of 29 miles over 6 days.  The Marathon is just over 5 weeks away.
