My training for Half Fast Half Marathon was more difficult than I have expected. I have started to feel my knees. Perhaps I have trained too much a week before. The morning of February 19th was chilly, but sunny. My run went just OK. At 8 miles I started to slow down. No surprise that my time was several minutes worse than the one at Securian Half Marathon. Now in preparation for Get Lucky 21 K (half marathon) on March 19th I have changed runs from treadmill to elliptical machine to protect my knees. I run 4 miles each last 2 days. Knees are better.
